I am having a problem with emails not coming through, then they all try and
come through, but don't load correctly. I wait a couple of times, then when it times out again, I restart my computer. The emails are all in there now, but everything is blank. Who the email is from, the subject & the entire email is blank. It just happened again with 6 more emails. Also they all say that they came in at the exact time when I restarted the computer/windows mail. How can I see what these emails are? I work from home & use it all for work from many different people/sources. I don't know who these were from or what they are about. |

You are probably using an antivirus that is not compatible with
Windows Mail. Which one are you using? -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (WLMail) "Caley" <Caley@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E3C240B9-681D-4877-84F7-F74369BEAC61@microsoft.com... >I am having a problem with emails not coming through, then they all try and > come through, but don't load correctly. I use the Charter Security Suite, this has only happened three times now.
Probably in the last 6 weeks or so. Caley "Gary VanderMolen" wrote: > You are probably using an antivirus that is not compatible with > Windows Mail. I doubt that Charter writes their own programs. They probably
rebrand one of the major brands like McAfee or Norton. Windows Mail is not compatible with those. As a test, uninstall that Charter security suite. Reboot, then try Windows Mail again. If no improvement you can always reinstall the same security suite. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (WLMail) "Caley" <Caley@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:FD1F5213-DDEF-4614-B69B-2222F2E5949F@microsoft.com... >I use the Charter Security Suite, this has only happened three times now. > Probably in the last 6 weeks or so.
