Getting Microsoft Windows Mail to combine split files

A friend of mine uses Microsoft Windows Mail under Windows Vista and
he says that he is not able to see pictures that are posted with more
than one part. He can see the pictures that are posted in one part
(1/1).

How can he make Microsoft Windows Mail combine the parts so that he
can see these pictures?

Click on the first part. Then hold down Shift and click on the other parts
in order. Then right click on any of these parts and click on Combine
and Decode.
