I can not build an email folder list, cant find the address book or a way to
build a group list...any help? |

For the folder list, do you see a triangle to the left of Local Folders? If so, click on it to make the folders list appear or disappear. The address book has been renamed Contacts. To find it, click on Tools, then Windows Contacts. If New Contact Group doesn't appear in the header, right click on the empty space at the right of this window, then click on Customize This Folder, then the triangle, then Contacts, then Apply, then OK. |

Do you mean a mail folder list or a contact folder list? Is this one question of two? Have you looked at all the buttons on the WinMail toolbar?
