Default Account Control Issue

I have a program (Linksys VOiP) that needs to load upon initial startup, but
it is "blocked" by the account control until I physically allow it as the
administrator. Does anyone know of a way for Vista to recognize program
signatures that are routinely loaded so that the startup feature works as it
is supposed to?
I realize that account control cannot be disabled, and the Linksys program
is already authorized to run as administrator and has a valid MS digital
signature....not sure why it is being blocked.

The best solution for this problem, without disabling any security
components, is to use the Task Scheduler to creat a task that starts the
program when you log on. This task can be run with highest privileges and no
prompt from the User Account Control.

See the following website for instructions and a small utility that
automates creating the scheduled task.

How do I run an administrative program (that needs my permission to start)
every time I log in and prevent the "Windows has blocked some startup
programs" message?:
