Default Excel 2007 [Vista OS]

Excel is "not responding" when I insert a column in "a" certain file. All
other excel files are working fine [I end up closing the program]. I emailed
the same file to a co-worker and the excel file was fully functional on his
machine.

Unsuccessful attemps to fix the problem:
1. unstalling/restalling the office program
confirmed that SP1/updates were not the issue
2. repairing excel
3. renaming the file
4. copying the information from one workbook to another
5. emailing the file to "the co-worker" and getting him to rename and send
it back

This is not a Vista problem as such, you would probably have far better luck
investigating the problem in one of the many newsgroups that specialize in
Excel problems and software.

Excel is not part of Vista, it's part of Office.
I suggest you repost to
microsoft.public.excel.misc
