I'd be extremely surprised if any recovery software recovered anything from

There is no striping involved, and the data is concatenated together. Look at the diagram: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JBOD#C...JBOD_or_SPAN.29 In fact, from reading more about it, he can probably recover *all* of the data. ss. |
