Default Speech Recognition error


Hello,

I want to start Speech Recognition on my Dutch Windows Vista Home Premium
Computer, but a window pops up with the following message:

Dutch: Het onderdeel waarnaar wordt verwezen is niet op dit systeem
geĂŻnstalleerd.
Translated: The component where is referred to is not installed on this
system.
