You cannot display a sub- or superscript in an axis tick label or a legend
entry, but you can select and format individual characters in the chart title, axis titles, data labels, and text boxes. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "roni" <roni@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5BD17FF6-94FF-4F44-9493-25C1CEED3D4E@microsoft.com... > How to change the display in the chart? > > I try to display a "lower write" ( the 2 in CO2) in the graph legend but > it > doesn't display good. > > Thanks for the help > > > > > |

Also, while you can't arbitrarily format an individual character in an axis tick label or a legend, you can, if they're text labels, choose a font which already has some sub- or superscript characters. Arial Unicode MS has a full set of subscript and superscript digits, 0-9 in both cases. -- Del Cotter NB Personal replies to this post will send email to del@branta.demon.co.uk, which goes to a spam folder-- please send your email to del3 instead. |
