HI,
I have a UPS on my pc via a usb cable. I cannot find a driver for this and Chloride seem to be slow in answering queries. Does any else have one of these or know where I can get the driver ? Searched on Google but cannot find one. I have a valid disk and serial number but even the updated software will not work without the USB driver. Thanks for any help (constructive please) Mike |

You dont mention UPS model #
Generally, no seperate usb driver is required, if one was it should be contained in your ups software cd. Are you connecting to a usb hub, or directly to a usb pc port? - tried other ports? They do not require a driver. They do come with management software,
however, and that does need to be Vista compatible. "Mike" <me@mine.com> wrote in message news:e9YYrP2wIHA.704@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > HI, > > I have a UPS on my pc via a usb cable.
