It has been asked before but the solutions don't seem to fit my case.
If I go into the power settings and find the : "Require a password on wakeup" part it is grayed out on yes and won't let me change it to NO. Can you help? I'm just trying to get rid of that anoying extra mouse click I have to make everytime I bring it out of sleep. |

Hello Kay,
You need to click on the link near the top of the options box "Change settings that are currently unavailable". Accept the UAC prompt. Then any greyed out options will become available to you.
