Integrated Camera got lost

I have an Integrated camera on my system. I went use and the software for the
program cannot find it! It is listed as a piece of hardware on the computer.

How do I hook it all together so it will work?

If it is like my HP Pavilion dv9000, you need to start a program with video
conferencing like Skype and start the cam from there.
