User Profile service failed / user profile cannot be loaded

Default User Profile service failed / user profile cannot be loaded


I have multiple accounts and for some reason I can no longer get into my
administrator account and get the above error message. I can no longer load
software or do anything that requires an administrator password. Any
thoughts on how to solve the problem would be welcomed.
