I bought Vista Ulitmate 32 and 64, I've installed the 64 bit version, I was
wondering since there is the 32 also, can I install it on another computer that I own? Or is it just one or the other??? |

It is one or the other. Not both. Sorry.

Exactly. You CAN install both, but activate one. So, you can dual boot with
both to see which one works best for you. When you decide on which one you want, you can remove the one you don't use and activate the other. ![]() But, yes. Only one can be installed at a time, technically. ![]() -- Dustin Harper dharper@vistarip.com http://www.vistarip.com | Vista Resource & Information Page "Bob F." <bob@NOSPAN.com> wrote in message news:59792C44-EE31-49D0-BC67-EA4148B67225@microsoft.com... > "Dustin Harper" <dharper@vistarip.com> wrote in message > news:8B122406-B4F6-473E-88FE-7D4C902CB74A@microsoft.com... >> It is one or the other. if you have a 64 bit on one computer and want to put it on another you can.
what you cannot do is upgrade xp 64bit to a vista 32 bit it just wont work. if the os is a 32 bit you can do an upgrade. you can not downgrade from 64bit to 32 bit even though the os's are different. they have to be the same.
