Was it printing fine before SP1?

What make and model of printer are you using?

Does it print correctly from all other applications?

32 or 64 bit IE. The only way I know how to tell is using task manager. If
it has the *32 it's the 32 bit version. Attempt using the other version and
see if you get the same result.
