"Advertising/Solicitation: These communities were created as a forum for providing peer-to-peer assistance related to using Microsoft products and services. We ask that you refrain from posting unsolicited advertisements that do not pertain directly to the intended use and purpose of the newsgroup or chat." That is a definition of "spamming" and "trolling". Something alias has been doing for a long, long time. But he tries to lie his way out of that fact. alias is known and admitted lying, spamming, linux troll. Frank |

Lies. Now, the important thing that Frank just can't seem to get: "Appropriate Language: The purpose of our communities is to exchange technical information and expertise about Microsoft products. Please avoid personal attacks, slurs, and profanity in your interactions." The above is from the Rules of Conduct Frank supposedly swears by but, as it turns out, he violates these rules with his every post. Alias |

I expect this tour to take at least 2-3 months. Wouldn't that be great? You gone for 2-3 months? Make sure to turn your time card into the Ubuntu people for payment! |

Perhaps banging both your heads together will stop this ridiculous tooing
and frowing of insults. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am sure both of you are knowledgeable in your own field and can, as such, contribute positively to these newsgroups. All both of you are doing at present is making yourselves look like idiots. Stop the back biting, stop the snide remarks and give us all the benefit of your experience. yourself and Kev are also in breach in terms of off topic posts and the Ubuntu trolling. -- Mike Brannigan "Alias" <iamalias@removethisgmail.com> wrote in message news:eztCvfKeIHA.3940@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > Frank wrote: > > Lies. > > Now, the important thing that Frank just can't seem to get: > > "Appropriate Language: The purpose of our communities is to exchange > technical information and expertise about Microsoft products. Um, I don't use the web interface so I do not have to agree to such rules as I don't sign into that site. I just thought it funny that Frank uses the Rules of Conduct as an argument when he doesn't even abide by them himself. Alias |
