daughter got an ACER 5520 laptop with Vista Home Premium. She can talk on IM,
but when she brings up Vista...it says there is no internet connection. The icon near the clock says she's connected. Suggestions? Thanks |

Internet Explorer is no finding sites due to some entry in the Options. Go
to Internet Explorer/ Tools menu, Options, Connection tab, "Lan Settings" button, and be sure the check is removed from 'use a proxy..." -- Was this helpful? Then click the "Yes" Ratings button. Voting helps the web interface. http://www.microsoft.com/wn3/locale...s.htm#RateAPost Mark L. Ferguson ..
