addon shockwave 10.3

i wrote yesterday about installing shockwave 10.3 i would hit install and
would act like it was going to install but it would just stop i was told to
go straight to adobe addon site and load their but it did the same thing do i
need to turn something off or do i having something installed that is
preventing me from loading?

to your hard drive from the following site and
then install.
