Default ms paint


can anyone help? I accidently sent my ms paint to the recycle bin, my
daughter is giving me grief!! I have tried to recover it but my computer
dosent seem to be able to locate it anywhere. would be much appreciated if
can fix this before she comes home from school !!!! I have windows vista.

This is the shortcut,
%SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe

You probably did not send the program to the recycle bin; you probably just
sent the shortcut (link) to the bin. Click on the program (see GC's reply),
then create a new shortcut.

You could try paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) which is a free
alternative to MS-Paint, but with a few more functions.
