Default when I see something good I say it!

See that I'm objective? I'm not only a vista basher but a vista praiser
also!

I have been using vista with RTM SP1 for a day, and I have to say that the
experience has been substantially improved compared to
what Vista was pre SP1!

I don't know what they did, but even with the updates it was not like this..
its as if it can access the hard disk faster
and in general everything is faster.. its almost like XP in speed!

I might even consider using it for more things than before... (vista was my
sidekick clown OS on a triple boot PC, I booted to vista whenever I wanted
to torment myself with sluggyness and incompatibilities)

MS did something well with vista.... finally...

Grab the SP1 as soon as you can., better yet find a disk with SP1
preinstalled and do a clean install.

>>>It is not released yet! You have the Beta<<<

Maybe. There is a easy fix in the Registry to force SP1 RTM to appear
through the Windows Update site and it is the final release.
