I have a subweb under my website. The subweb is
http://www.taxtips.ca/client/index.htm. I just created a top border for the subweb, by copying it from the main web. I set all pages to use the shared top border. All the pages in the subweb are using the shared top border, except for the home page (index.htm). The home page has the line <meta name="Microsoft Border" content="t, default"> in the head section. When I click on the preview tab when in FP, the top border is displayed, but in preview in browser it is not displayed. I have done recalculate hyperlinks, both in FP locally, and while actually having the site open. This did not help. If anyone knows what the problem is, I would really appreciate some help! |

You need to actually create shared border within the web / subweb they will be used in, they can not
be copied between webs / subwebs. -- ============================================== Thomas A. Thanks for the reply - actually, I copied the html from one border file to
the one in the other web. I have just solved the problem. For some reason, there were no "body" tags in my index.htm file!!! Works fine now. "Thomas A. Ok, but in your copied content, make sure any links are absolute between the root web and the
subweb. -- ============================================== Thomas A.
