Default email form properties

I created a contact me form in my website to prevent spammers from harvesting
my email address. If I set it up to email the form contents to me through
'Form Properties' setup will spammers now be able to harvest it?

Also, I have a broken link on a page the link is to something I do not
recognize. In 'reports' it will not let me delete it, when I open the page
and click on nagivation it shows the broken link, when I right click the
link, the 'delete' is grayed out, how do I delete that broken link?

Thanks in advance,

Yes, spammers will be able to grab your email address when you use the FP Form Handler. You would
need to process the from via server-side scripting, such as ASP, ASP.net, PHP, etc.

Yes, if you use the FrontPage extensions to process the form - the email
address can be seen in View Source. If you write your own form handler
(needs PHP, asp, or asp.NET, etc. support on the server) then your email
address can be incorporated into the script used for the form handler,
and never seen by anyone viewing your web pages.

For the broken link - what type of link is it?

Thank you both for your responses.

Ronx, in answering your question about the broken link, I now think it is
due to some text that I copied and downloaded to use in my faq page (I did
attribute the text to the author), the link shows: External Link and starts
with http://.

I found the reference in the code it was a reference to the website that I
copied the text from, it was an incomplete external link and that it why it
did not work.
