Issues Updating XPe from SP1 to SP2

I have been trying to update my XP Embedded tools from SP1 to SP2. Apparently the official SP2 update should be available for download on the: https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com/.

However this site does not work for me. I recieve the error "The connection was interrupted" when attempting to load the page. My Windows firewall is turned off, but I am at work. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

After a few days of research, turns out I had to contact our XP Embedded distributor and they supply us with the update kit.

Note* The associate on the phone said the website: https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com was not working because our current XP Embedded license had expired.
