No, WLM can use any email address that works with WM, and allows you to add a Hotmail address if you want to. Make sure you get the correct WLM, though; I think there are two programs with that name and a third program that shares that abbreviation. http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview |

Hi, mdkw.
No. I've never had a Hotmail address. Been using POP3 for about a dozen years, in OE, WM and now WLM. And occasionally in Outlook and even a few third-party mail applications. I've had to change addresses when my ISP got bought out, but never because of changing software. When you install WLM, it will seem to make WM disappear, but it only deletes the WM shortcut and icon. The application is still there and can be run from the Start | All Programs menu or by running WinMail.exe - or by recreating the shortcuts. You can even run both WM and WLM side-by-side for as long as you like - or until you decide which one you like better. ;<) RC -- R. C.
