Invalid Characters in OS Tempfile

Hi All!
When I drag or copy file from compressed folder, nothing happens.

I examine it with processmonitor and it stop at
Explorer.EXE QueryOpen "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp\Tilapäinen kansio 1: MyZipFile.zip" FAST IO DISALLOWED
Explorer.EXE CreateFile "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Temp\Tilapäinen kansio 1: MyZipFile.zip" NAME INVALID

As yuo see my locale is Finnish, and tempfilename fails with char ":".

How i can change temp file creation format?

I search this problem with google, and it seems also appears in normal XP.
