Sidebar Gadget Question

I couldn't determine the right spot to post this, so here it is.

When I add a new gadget to the sidebar from the gallery on the internet, how
can I make that gadget available to any user of the PC to install? I'm sure
this is a stupid question, but I can't find the answer, so I'll ask.

You can't it is up to the individual user who logs on to their account to do
that. At least the Gadget will be available in the Gadget Gallery.
