I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 for calendaring. I have created
several calendars - one for work, and some for other purposes such as planning the schedule for our soccer team. I had hoped to be able to print calendars individually (eg the soccer schedule for distribution to the team) and then print all my various schedules (work, soccer, school) combined. Amazingly, although you can view the combined calanders on the screen, you cannot print them out. Very frustrating ! I downloaded the Calendar Printing Assistant and though it will allow me to print combined calendars, the available templates are limited and do not have many of the custom printing features in Outlook (such as specifying the time range displayed on the pages and, to me most importantly, to print continuous weeks in a row (as occurs by default in Outlook) rather than individual months which is the only option in the Outlook Printing Assistant. Though Microsoft has indicated that third parties may provide templates using the open XML format I am gussing that these will be mainly graphically enhanced versions of the same existing templates (I may be wrong, but there are no third party templates currently available and I don't want to wait around for them). Am I missing something or is there a way to print combined schedules in Outlook? If not, will there be more templates available for the Outlook Printing Assistant? |
