Default Automated Data Feed to .pst file

I'm attempting to develop an automated data feed to a .pst file from an
Oracle Db.

Has anyone attempted this and how would I go about it? Any suggestions, or
code would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to start with Microsoft's Replication API for Outlook 2003 and 2007. See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=25, which reviews other approaches as well.
