Cannot send or receive some emails from this account

followed the verizon email tutorial on setting up my outlook express account
to send and receive email with no luck

i think it has to do with pop3 and stmp

can anyone help??

What are you using pop3 and stmp for? They are not valid as
server names. You could show the entire error messages you
get when you try them.

Here's what information I could find about setting up to use
Verizon. Outlook Express won't run under Vista, so use the
instructions under Windows Mail instead.
