I'm having trouble installing Windows DreamScene update . I keep getting the
same error Code 80240016

Error Number: 2149842966 (0x80240016)
Symbolic Name: WU_E_INSTALL_NOT_ALLOWED
Text description: Operation tried to install while another installation was
in progress or the system was pending a mandatory restart.

Sounds like you should reboot and try again?
