reminder eaccess violation window pop up

Hi
Does anyone else have a window that pops up on windows start up that says
REMINDER
EACCESS VIOLATION

and then click OK to close the window??
I'm not sure what this means, and seemed to come up everytime I start up
windows, it seemed like this started after updating my adobe acrobat reader
but I'm not 100% sure,
Can anyone help me??
