Default Error messages 0x8100001A & 0x8100002

I am running Vista Ultimate, my problem is that I ran the backup and restore
utility and I did both the pc backup and files backup. At the time both a
tested to successful completion.

I recently wanted to restore back file backups and now I receive the errors
of 0x8100001A and after that a screen appears saying an error occurred. The
following might help youresolve the error. The system cannot find the file
specified
(0x8100002).

1. How do I delete the corruptfile? and what is its name?

I have tried deleting the file, adjusting settings, everything to no avail,
also tried the ISO backup and it ran fine and also allowed me to delete the
files on d: and allowed me to make completeing new backup.

in research I found Article ID: 940263 aug 29, 2007 with discuss it
provided no help and said if it didn't help call CSS.
