trojan.win32.agent.akk ??

Hi guys , this browser hijacker is driving me crazy right now. Is there a
fix for this , or any commercially available anti-virus software that I can
buy to eliminate this from my pc without having to re-install internet
explorer ?

Those instructions are incomplete. It is missing a lot of files, registry
