8885 errors in 24 hours

my system is reporting this error repeatedly in spurts... 8,885 times in 24
hours... i don't even have a "\Device\Video4"... how on earth do i decipher
and correct this ????????

You have a rather severe video driver issue. Which nVidia driver do you have
installed presently?

Download the current nVidia driver from the nVidia web site and save it
where it will be easy to find.

Go to the folder C:/NVIDIA and delete the contents of the currently
installed driver which will stop Windows re-installing the same bad driver
when it restarts.

Now uninstall the incumbent video driver. When the system restarts, install
the newly downloaded driver.

Cross your fingers. Nothing in this world is for sure.. :-)

i redownloaded and reinstalled the current nvidia whql drivers 163.75 and
the error persists... i'm not sure it's the graphics device that's creating
the error...

The file causing the problem relates to nVidia graphics. It is not easy to
discern what your problem may be or how to fix it. Do you play a game during
the time the errors occur, and if so, what is the name of the game?

It occurs without any specific application or game... that's the perplexing
nature of the error because the "source" is on the grapics driver, the
device, or application or "component" is not identified... I downloaded and
installed NVidia's latest beta drivers (169.12) and installed them after
using a Driver Cleaner.Net to remove the crap left behind on an uninstall...

On the new driver install, the error occured on boot... my system specs are:
