Why is it that from time to time a post has a title, it lists author Unknown,
and the text of the post is blank, and yet someone has answered the post. The second and further posters have names and text in their response, but not the original poster. |

I'm not positive, but when you create an "article"(post) you can tell usenet(google forums) that you want the article to delete in a few days. I don't ever do that because so many people mirror(make copies) of usenet that once you post something it's always going to be around. So, what your browser is telling you is that originally someone posted something, but they can't find it in its original location anymore. You could still find it, but with just a little more effort.
