I just bought my first Vista computer. In windows explorer (not internet
explorer), I am trying to find where the "refresh" button is. Is this button available in vista or just xp? thanks |

In the Menu Bar, click on View and go to the bottom of the list where Refresh
is. "bobman" wrote: > I just bought my first Vista computer. In windows explorer (not internet > explorer), I am trying to find where the "refresh" button is. Is this button > available in vista or just xp? > thanks |

I know about that method, but can't you add a button to the menu bar like you
could in xp? It seems that would be easier than having to click on View then go down to Refresh. ok, I don't want to press the F5 key either. I want to have a button to
press so I can refresh the screen. How can I do that in Windows Vista? It's not on the "menu bar"
At the top of the window you have the Address bar where you can type/see the location or directory that you are browsing. To the left of this address bar is a "Forward" and "Back" button, just like Internet Explorer. To the right of this address bar, you have the pull-down arrow and the Refresh button, just like Internet Explorer. To the right of the Refresh button is the "Search" box.
