Slow Network Access

This is bizzare.

My server access is verrrrrry slow. I actually receive error messages on my
server because of how long access takes.

I can acces sany other computer without any delay.

I can access my workstation from the server with no delay.

I reset the powered down our switch between the server and the workstation.
No change.

I reinstalled Vista on my workstation from scratch. No change from above.

This workstation had worked great for severa months.

At this point I haven't a clue what could be the problem.

Any virus would have been eliminated by the reinstallation Vista from scratch.

Our network is protected by Panda, and we have no other problems in the
network.

Our server is Windows Server2003 Enterprise. with two CD's.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
