Rolling back Vista to XP - How do i migrate Mail to Outlook Express ?

I want to uninstall Vista and revert to XP. Any suggestions on how to best
migrate all Vista Mail (messages, folder and contacts) back to Outlook
express ?

Emails: File, Export, Messages, Windows Mail.

Contacts: File Export, Windows Contacts, select CSV format.

Accounts: Go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Export.
Do this for each account.

i have failed for 2 days now to be able to use my google mail account and
send my mail back to my puter .. in as many words i have access to the
internet and wish to use google with my windows email.. any help and
directions greatle be appreciated

If you intend to use Gmail under Windows Mail, see here:

These instructions cover both the IMAP and the POP methods
of connecting. Choose one of them, and don't get them mixed
up.
