msn im
when video call connecting message on page says no sound card fitted or
activated. cant transmit or recieve sound, i do have sound card fitted can play sounds ok its just on msn im |

You need to download and install "Windows Live Messenger".

And, importantly, first uninstall MSN Messenger before you install Windows Live
