When I set up my e-mail, the box comes up with the question, "Incoming email
server type". There is a drop down box with "Pop3, IMAP & HTTP. Then it asks for the Outgoing email server and in ( ) is has SMTP. No matter which of the above I list, I can't get it to work. The error that comes up is # 0X800CCC0D I could use some help with this, PLEASE. -- Be |

The names you should use depend on who your email provider is. If it's Verizon, see this: http://netservices.verizon.net/port.../help/selection |

Who provides your email account?
Usually they have a webpage for email help. If they don't have instructions for setting up Windows Mail, use the Outlook Express one. -- http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "Be Be" <bebe110@verizon.net.donotspam> wrote in message news:0337977A-537C-4279-9B21-601C4F5A83FA@microsoft.com... > When I set up my e-mail, the box comes up with the question, "Incoming > server type".
