Default Sending email problems

I have 2 email accounts the first sends and receives fine, the second
receives but will not send. The error message reads
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account:
'mail.webcreationuk.com', Server: 'mail.webcreationuk.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can anyone help?

Sometimes turning off SSL on port 25 helps.

Does the connection to mail.webcreationuk.com go through any other
internet provider's equipment than webcreationuk.com's before it gets
there? If so, connections to port 25 are often blocked to cause trouble
for spammers. You might ask webcreationuk.com if their outgoing mail
server listens to any port other than port 25 for outgoing mail, and if so,
what you need to change other than the port number to use it.

Webcreationuk.com is not an ISP. As such, your real ISP will block
any attempt to use an external SMTP server on port 25. This is a
universal anti-spamming measure, see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/...5_Blocking.aspx

As a workaround, I suggest you substitute your ISP's SMTP server
for mail.webcreationuk.com. Do not change the incoming server.
Your correspondents will not notice any difference.

Your project managers won't be able to help unless they can offer
SMTP access on a port other than # 25. In my experience,
web-hosting providers have very limited mail services.

I had the same problem and this solves it. Thank you!

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account:
'mail.mediapowerlab.com', Server: 'mail.mediapowerlab.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
