Default Outlook continually prompts for user name and password

This appears to be happening each time outlook does send/receive in
background. One error message said to use scanpst.ee but that file does not
appear to be aqvailable in Vista/Outlook2007. Any suggestions?

This is a FrontPage newsgroup. You need to post in an Outlook group.

Try the Outlook group? This is group is for Frontpage (Web Development, not
an email program)

To answer the question:

It's probably a mail server issue, with your ISP or host because if, as you
say, your details are correct as far as you're concerned, it isn't a "wrong
password" issue, but something else (at the ISP's end) causing the trouble.
Your first point of call would be their support.
