Linkbar not publishing

Ok, I know this has been asked a lot but I am still having problems. I
changed my linkbar style on my web site. It looks fine on my computer but
won't publish. I tried opening my web "live" and changing it and saving it
and it still doesn't work. I then changed my default theme to the theme that
uses this particular link bar and published and it still wouldn't work. I
pulled up my site today and selected "Edit with Microsoft Frontpage" and when
it pulls up in frontpage it looks fine but still not on the web. The page
that I am trying to get to update is a Dynamic Web Template so could that be
the trouble? When I save the page as "live" it doesn't ask me if I want to
update all attached pages and that is not an option when I got to Format and
Dynamic Web Template - it is grayed out. Any suggestions?
