Default Firefox plug-in for windows media player

I am trying to open the radio on the Road Runner (our cable internet
connection) website (www.rr.com) in Firefox. I have downloaded and installed
the plug-in for Firefox and have tested it and it is working, but when I try
to open the radio, I keep getting a pop-up telling me I don't have the
plug-in. I called the people at Road Runner, and they thought it might be a
security issue. I uninstalled the AVG Free edition that I use and tried the
radio again. It still didn't work, so I don't think they know what to do
about this. They said they haven't come upon this problem before. I am
wondering if it is a Vista issue? Can anyone help? Hope this makes sense.
The radio works fine in IE and it works fine on another computer in the
house using XP.

Thanks,
Mary Ellen

It works fine here for me, in Firefox 2.0.0.9 and Vista home Premium.

You might try downloading the flash player again...

If you have trouble installing it, right-click on the .exe file, and select
"Run As Administrator"
