i do not have a display

hello,

my computer works good is safe mode,
dus normally the display dissepears after the windows XP logo when i put my
PC on. the i get a sign:
the safe stand mode is on, check your cables en frequence.

my frequence?
all of the cables are well enclosed.
it's a normal PC, not a laptop, so i have nothing to do with energy safer
right?
why is this happening?
and how do i fix this problem?

Hi,

Assuming you have a LCD monitor, boot in safe mode, set your display at the
resolution you want and using the advanced button set the refresh rate at
**60 Hz**.
