1. Whereas, The Putzke posts contain nothing but whining, crying, immature
language, showing that he is a complete right wing wacko.

2. Whereas, Microsoft a multi-billion dollar company who puts out
substandard software continues to annoy Kevin at all costs, will get an
accomodation for this effort.

3. Whereas, Microsoft will continue to make improvements to its bug-ridden
software and promises to NOT let Kevin Putzke in on any updates.

4. The House recommends that it will always and forever laugh, make fun of,
snicker, poke at Kevin Putzke and his friends. The House also recommends
that Kevin NEVER work for the USPS again. Just FYI.

5. The House also recommends that the term "Just FYI" be removed from all
communications in Federal documents, Just FYI.

6. The House recommends that mental counseling be given to Kevin Putzke.
Just FYI. The House also recommends that Kevin NOT use any more Microsoft
products, but only be allowed to use Ubuntu. Just FYI.
