Windows Startup Sound

Hello,

Does anyone know how to disable the Windows Startup Sound? I understand
that MS is trying to make it their signature, but if you have a whacked
sound driver the Startup Sound is WAY too loud. I would like to turn it
off all together without compimising my abiliity to listen to Led
Zepplin while I work

PS. What is the name of the file? I tried to find it on my disk but me
thinks that it is encoded funny to prevent people from making it a
ringtone or such.

sound
