Default Plain Idiocy

apparently i need administrator priviledge to change the picture of the icon
of a program that is rated low security risk. that's stupid, well just
another way microsoft is making our experience of vista horrible, well
changing subject i'm just happy someone finally created a program that looks
like the linux 3d cube, just wished it had 6 corners not 4.
