Default Can you copy a calender item?

I'm using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to make a copy of an existing
calender item so that everything is the same apart from the date/time
to save having to re-key it or cut and paste in bit?

This is what I did: I displayed the calendar day (in Day view) on which my
source appointment resides. I then right-clicked the Calendar and chose
Open in New Window. I then displayed the day (in Day view again) whene I
wanted my new appointment to go. I then right-clicked the source
appointment in the first window and dropped it on the time in the second
window where it should so. Releasing the mouse button allowed me to choose
Copy. I now had my second appointment in the new time slot, same duration,
and the old one wasn't changed.

I have another (faster?) way...

In the Calendar, use the Date Navigator to show the days eg Today and next
Friday. You ctrl click the Date Navigator to show those days. Or wipe a
date range on it. The Date Navigator is the little Calendar thingo.

Now that you have the source and destination dates showing, grab the
appointment with your RIGHT mouse buton and drag it to next Friday. When
you release it you have the choice to move or copy.
