I don't know how to send my essay to my teacher

It's always failed to send my essay to my teacher with these errors The host

could somebody tell me how to figure out ?

You have failed to enter the proper names for the incoming (POP3)
and outgoing (SMTP) mail servers. Each ISP or mail provider assigns
unique mail server names, so you have to go to their website to find the
email setup instructions. Who is your ISP or email provider?
