Default I want to go from 4 to 2 partitions

I already have Vista Home Premium installed. I have 4 partions but only want
2. I went thru the help files and found you can shrink and delete partitions
but can then only create new partions after that. I want to get to 2
partitions and then take the new available space and make the C: drive bigger
and a small 2nd D: drive. Can I do this or do I have to boot from DVD,
FDisk, delete partitions, make active and reinstall?

Partition Magic does not work on Windows Vista. Try Acronis Disk Image or
BootItNG recommended by John Barnes.
